The Women, Faith, and Development Alliance (WFDA) established a collaborative platform and a powerful coalition that increased political will and action to reduce poverty. ​Designing Strategy and Training 

 

The Restoring Dignity Toolkit: This toolkit offers religious leaders and communities the tools to act together in partnership within and across faiths to promote education, advocacy, and action to defend the dignity and rights of women and girls. The development of this toolkit was a process of collaboration among people of faith, religious leaders and secular multi-stakeholder partners through a series of activities, network building, education and training. Funding partners included the Ford Foundation, USAID Health Policy Initiative, the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and UN Women. Read feature details on End Violence Now. Download the Restoring Dignity Toolkit.​​

 

Regional bodies like ECOWAS (the Economic Community of West African States) can help improve early warning  and response systems relating to conflict and natural disasters. Academic institutions such as World Learning's SIT (School for International Training) can strengthen knowledge and skills on peacebuilding and conflict transformation across cultures through education and training of diverse cohorts of learners. ​Promoting Networking and Learning

 

The Guide for Building Women's Networks offers the tools and ideas to support women of faith in gathering together, establishing a collective vision for social transformation, and creating change at all levels.
